About this treatment
Bite correction
An aligner is a clear tray worn about 22 hours a day and removed for meals and brushing. Each pair moves the teeth by fractions of a millimetre, and the full set guides the arch to its planned position.
Treatment starts with a virtual plan — the set-up. It is a three-dimensional model showing the starting position of the teeth, every step and the outcome. The plan is agreed before the set is manufactured.
Besides Spark we work with the Eurokappa system and with fixed braces — the choice depends on the case. The orthodontist explains the difference at the consultation.

It depends on the clinical situation. Braces suit almost any case, while aligners are especially convenient for mild to moderate bite issues. The orthodontist determines the best option after diagnostics.
How do I care for teeth with braces?
Brush after every meal and use orthodontic brushes, interdental brushes, floss or an irrigator. Regular professional hygiene and following your orthodontist's advice are also recommended.
